Returns and refunds

You can request an eligible unopened return within 7 days of delivery. Used products and hygiene products are excluded from ordinary returns. Damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries are reviewed separately.

FiveML pays shipping for approved returns. Contact support to confirm the dispatch address and return instructions before sending your parcel. Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after the product is safely received and inspected.
