Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries
If your delivery arrives damaged, defective or contains the wrong product, contact FiveML support promptly with your order number and photographs where available. Keep the packaging and product while we review the issue. These cases are reviewed separately from ordinary returns.
