Returns and refunds for orders delivered in India

You may request a return of an eligible unopened product within 7 days of delivery. Please contact FiveML before sending an item back.

Return eligibility

Eligible products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with seals intact and any included accessories or promotional items. Used products and hygiene products are not eligible for ordinary returns.

Damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective or contains the wrong product, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available. These cases are reviewed separately from ordinary returns, including where an item is otherwise excluded for hygiene reasons. Nothing in this policy limits applicable consumer rights.

How to request a return

Email info@fiveml.com or call +91 77038 32674 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Return shipping and address

FiveML pays return shipping for approved returns. The return address is the dispatch address for your order. Please obtain confirmation of the exact address and shipping instructions from our support team before sending your parcel. Pack the product securely and retain your shipping receipt or tracking details.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is safely received and inspected. For an approved return, we initiate the refund within 7 business days after receipt and inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit it.

Prepaid refunds are sent to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, contact our team to confirm the refund arrangements.

Cancellation requests

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Our team will check the dispatch status and confirm whether cancellation is possible. If the order has already been dispatched, contact us for the applicable return process.
