How to attach your prescription

Upload your prescription in four steps

1. Open the medicine’s product page and tap Attach prescription.
2. Upload a clear JPG, PNG or PDF smaller than 20 MB. Make sure the patient’s name, prescription date, prescribed medicines and prescriber’s details are readable.
3. Wait for the attachment preview, then add the medicine to your cart.
4. Check your attachments in the cart before proceeding to checkout.

What happens next?

Your prescription will be reviewed. Placing or paying for an order does not mean the prescription has been approved. If a clearer or corrected prescription is needed, you may be asked to upload it again.

Products that do not require a prescription can be purchased normally.
